San Andres, Mexico (Imported Exclusively by Calidad Tobaccos)
These are the cabinet line of Engineer (Agronomist) Armando Castillo, one of the foremost experts in tobacco leaf in Mexico. Sr. Castillo has worked for Ciba-Gecki/Novartis International a number of years and has been commandeered by the Mexican Federal Goverment on several occasions to identify and resolve tobacco leaf plagues and other tobacco leaf diseases. He has also written the definitive text on tobacco cultivation in the San Andres area (available only in Spanish in Mexico at this point). As such, Sr. Castillo is eminently qualified in soil analysis and crop cultivation and has been growing in singular Vegas for almost ten years. He currently has an inventory of 7-9 tons of the "best tobacco leaf in the valley" aged between 4 and 10 years.
Getomi cigars are made from tobacco aged 5 years and are available in the following sizes: Getomi Churchill (7 x 50), Getomi Esplendido (7 x 46), Getomi Toro (6 x 50), Getomi Robusto (5 x 50), and Getomi Corona (6 x 42).
Utilizing the prime soil components of Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc in their proper amounts yields the tobacco which produces in these superb cigars a medium-bodied smoke with an even burn, hints of chocolate and coffee, and a fine white ash and distinctive taste not approachable by other cigars world-wide!
